I am a dedicated customer of Precision Jewelers. The associates are always very nice and welcoming. Justin is a talented jeweler who provides exceptional advice when restyling and updating your pieces of jewelers. They also have a wonderful selection of jewelry fairly priced. They do not over prices their items or repair costs as other stores do. I especially must recommend Precision Jewelers because they are excited to help in the creations of one of a kind pieces. It is worth the trip to see them.

We got my mom’s engagement ring made into my own, they were super honest, reliable, and did such a beautiful job. It was little tight so we took it back the same day and they adjusted it by that evening for no charge. Also bought a wedding band for a fair price that is stunning.

Justin Ansara made the experience of finding the perfect engagement ring effortless!! Excellent customer service throughout the entire process with updates of the ring progress every step of the way. He had great insight on ring design and always made time to answer all of my questions- which alleviated a lot of my stress and was SO appreciated! He was very honest, caring and knowledgable throughout the entire process. Can not recommend Precision Jewelers enough! 100000/10 stars! Thank you so much Justin!!

What can I say? Precision Jewelers is the best! No matter the price point, they treat you with amazing customer service. I’ve had a wonderful experience with the entire staff but my go-to, Ioana, is one to brag about! Ioana has always been incredibly intuitive, patient, and resourceful in finding the right pieces for all my personal and gift needs (only a few pictures attached). Her dedication to knowledge of her products is really staggering. I am so grateful to have found a place where I KNOW I have trustworthy advice. 100% this is my jewelry store. I seldom write reviews but her dedicated service is above and beyond and needed to be recognized.

You will be a very happy shopper when you visit Precision Jewelers. My husband and I came here 20 years ago and purchased his wedding band, my engagement ring and wedding band. Now we came back for my wedding ring adjustments and wound up updating it after 20 years 😍. I can't take the ring off, it's one of the most beautiful things I own and am extremely excited. Rima helped us out with many styles, alot of ideas, and pricing. We also chose an updated diamond too. Once the purchase was made my wedding/anniversary ring was ready in a week!! After 24 years of marriage it was time to update my wife’s original wedding ring. A long time Precision Jeweler customer recommended I try this family owned business. I was somwhat suspicious of getting scammed, so i pulled out some raggedy pants, shirt, worn out shoes and a ripped up coat. My purpose was to see if I would be treated any differently than one of their regular customers. I was surprised that they took the time to greet me with no judgments. I formulated several questions in an effort to get them to think less of me.The staff and owner, took the time and answered all of my questions so that I could make an informed decision. They even brought out top-notch diamonds out for me to view unsupervised. This is a trustworthy Family owned business that treats everyone the same no matter. My wife Was absolutely surprise and happy with her new ring I would recommend Precision Jeweler to anyone in the market for an awesome diamond or any other fine jewelry pieces combined with great customer service from honest people.

This place is amazing. ALL of the people are super knowledgeable and very friendly. Never in a rush to listen to you. I’ve both bought and have had repairs done. The quality of the work and products are just what I want from my jeweler. Great job!!!!

Everyone is extremely welcoming and dedicated to ensure you get exactly what you want! They also excel at making custom pieces. I was able to tell them exactly what I wanted and blended a series of pieces into the perfect one. They gave me excellent feedback and kept me a part of the process the entire time. I will definitely recommend Justin and his team to everyone! I couldn’t be happier with the entire journey!
